These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, website, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Dakota Labs LLC ("Dakota Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Our apps contain horror-themed content intended for mature audiences (17+). Content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. Nothing in our apps constitutes real astrological, medical, psychological, or life advice.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Our apps use Sign in with Apple for account creation and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@dakota-labs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others, use automated means to create accounts, or impersonate any person or entity.
Some features of our apps require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple's Terms of Service. We do not process or store payment information directly.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings.
Refunds. All refund requests must be directed to Apple. Dakota Labs does not issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes, and your continued use of the subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All content within our Services — including app design, text, graphics, creature lore, readings, and generated content — is owned by or licensed to Dakota Labs LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content (readings, forecasts, lore) is produced for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from our Services without our written permission.
Content generated by our AI systems is fictional and created for entertainment. It does not reflect real events, real persons, or factual astrological claims.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All content is for entertainment purposes only — we make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any readings, forecasts, or other generated content.
The Services are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Nothing in our apps constitutes astrological, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dakota Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using our Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@dakota-labs.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
